Congrats Ali... The first female Biggest Loser!! Tonight's finale was amazing to watch. I love this show. It is such an inspiration to me. Ali has lost over 45% of her total body weight. This isn't the final picture of her w/ all her weight off. I am going to be looking for one from the finale to post on here. Again- congrats to Ali and all the other contestants who have all lost so much! I love this show.

Congrats Ali... The first female Biggest Loser!! Tonight's finale was amazing to watch. I love this show. It is such an inspiration to me. Ali has lost over 45% of her total body weight. This was an awesome finale! She looks great! What a change. Just proves that when there is a goal in your heart, with hard work it can be achieved! Kudos Ali
