Biggest Loser Shocker!

Tonight on The Biggest Loser the tables were turned on one of my favorite players. Jackie was thrown under the bus and voted off. I was so bummed for her until I saw the pictures of her today.... She has lost 70 pounds to date!! Way to go Jackie! I can't wait to see her at the finale.
In other news. I had 2 great work outs today. I ran a 3 mile tempo run this morning around 8 am. And then this evening I had a tough weight lifting session. I am feeling good... better than I have in a few weeks. I am off to bed. I have boot camp in the morning. Night-night.
